The Chartered Institute of Credit Management, Ghana (CICM), was incorporated and gazetted in the Republic of Ghana Bulletin, Gazette No. 100, on 4 July 2014 under the Professional Bodies Act, 1973 (Act 143), to promote professional training in credit management and finance and to advance the practice of credit management.
To achieve the objects above, the Institute shall;
1. provide training and conduct examinations in accordance with international best practice to improve the skills and competencies of all those working in and aspiring to work in credit management
2. advocate responsible and ethical credit management practices for its members and the broader business community.
3. Organize continuing professional development courses for members of the Institute
