REGISTRATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR CICM PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM

Enquiries and registration for student membership are usually managed by the CICM Secretariat.

Checklist of Studentship and Registration Requirements for Submission

• Original Birth certificate or any birth identity.
• Passport-size photograph
• Original Educational certificates – Diplomas, Degree, Masters, etc. First or second degree and a transcript where applicable.

To register as a student, applicants must either obtain registration forms from the CICM Secretariat or visit the cicm website at cicmgh.org/register. Successful applicants are required to pay a registration fee of GH¢350.00

An applicant must be at least 18 years and possess any of the following: Diplomas, Degree(s),   and other professional Qualifications.
